This document sets out the terms governing your use of the nethersx2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the nethersx2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and nethersx2 as the platform operator. This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from participating in online gambling activities.
Nethersx2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are updated on this page. It is your responsibility to review the latest terms periodically before using the platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at nethersx2. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms. nethersx2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of our account verification process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact nethersx2 support immediately.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors on the platform.
- Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership.
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on nethersx2 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Boost, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Deposits will be credited to your account as soon as confirmation is received from the payment provider. If you experience any delay or transaction failure, please contact our support team and provide the relevant proof of transaction.
For withdrawals, nethersx2 will process requests within the timeframe stated based on the chosen method. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
Nethersx2 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform policy. In such cases, further investigation may be required before funds are released.

Users acknowledge that all gambling activities carry financial risk. nethersx2 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions made by users on our platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the nethersx2 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of nethersx2 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services. nethersx2 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third parties and is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of their services. Account Policy, Suspension & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Nethersx2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, multiple account usage, or any action that undermines the integrity of the platform. Where closure is due to a breach, the account balance may be withheld pending further investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. In such cases, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once the required identity verification has been completed.
Changes to Terms
Nethersx2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws relating to the operation of the platform. Any dispute arising from the use of nethersx2 should first be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to pursue a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
